Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 111dt platform located at https://111dt.io (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the 111dt website at https://111dt.io, including all associated pages, services, games, sportsbook, live casino, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the 111dt registration process.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within your 111dt Account, representing real-money funds deposited by you and any bonus funds separately credited.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Wallet consisting of deposited funds and settled winnings, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to your account under the terms of a specific 111dt promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 111dt conducts using documents including National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification acceptable to 111dt.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which the 111dt Wallet operates.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games or betting markets before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory in which accessing or using online betting and casino services is unlawful under applicable local law.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 111dt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. 111dt reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino services are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any 111dt employee or affiliated company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 111dt or had an account closed by 111dt for violation of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not in treatment for, a gambling disorder at the time of registration.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

111dt reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to participate in specific promotions, which may carry additional eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotional terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111dt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

111dt will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any support channel. Any communication purporting to be from 111dt that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify 111dt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 111dt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. However, where 111dt is satisfied that your account has been accessed without authorisation due to a platform-side security failure, 111dt will work cooperatively with you to investigate and, where appropriate, restore any confirmed losses.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings — this is strongly recommended and required for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not store your login credentials in unencrypted files or share them via messaging applications.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 111dt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not hold player funds in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied at any stage of a transaction.

Deposits: 111dt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance within seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your verified 111dt account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Average processing time for verified accounts is 15 minutes; during peak periods this may extend to 2 hours. 111dt does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 111dt requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or equivalent government-issued photo identification, proof of registered payment method ownership, and, in some cases, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a withdrawal request being placed will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Wallet.

Bonuses & Promotions

111dt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Bonuses are valid for a stated claim period and a stated wagering period. Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses that expire within these periods will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• 111dt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with notice provided via the Platform where reasonably practicable.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that are found to have been obtained through abuse, exploitation of platform errors, or in breach of these Terms may be voided at 111dt's discretion.
• Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.

111dt takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim new-player offers; placing opposing bets using bonus funds to guarantee a withdrawal; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111dt reserves the right to close the account, void all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable law.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 111dt Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules prevail for that game or market.

111dt reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the following circumstances:

• A palpable error in odds, lines, or game parameters (including system errors or manual input errors) that a reasonable player would recognise as erroneous.
• Suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation that renders the outcome unreliable.
• Technical failure affecting the integrity of a game round's outcome.
• Bets placed after an event's natural conclusion (late bets) due to data feed delays.

For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the respective provider's game rules — which are displayed within the game interface — apply in full. For slots powered by NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pragmatic Play, the game's paytable and rules screen govern the mechanics of each title.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111dt Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, or payment methods are used.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or obtaining funds through deception of any kind.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional structures in bad faith, including arbitrage betting with bonus funds, coordinated bonus exploitation, or systematic exploitation of promotional loopholes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables, poker rooms, or any shared-game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or simulate human player activity on the Platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have inside knowledge, or that you know or suspect to be subject to manipulation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal (chargeback) through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through 111dt's support process.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent any security, game logic, or technical system on the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

111dt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 111dt account holders and can be activated directly within account settings without the need to contact support:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111dt's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

111dt shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions in service beyond 111dt's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations as set out in Section 4.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 111dt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 111dt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

Privacy & Data

111dt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

111dt collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and gameplay and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and platform improvement. 111dt does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Data is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Amendments to These Terms

111dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with legal obligations or to address security vulnerabilities.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5 before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which 111dt operates its licence.

Dispute Process: If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, a bonus has been incorrectly applied, or your account balance is inaccurate, you must submit a formal dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Your dispute must include your account username, the date and details of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence you wish to provide.
